Today I gave up my computer,just for the day!

I went for a few walks in Nature

2. Listened to the real Radio

3.Ate and enjoyed my food

4.Felt a little uncomfortable , as if I was missing Business, The Bee Gees and Politics

5.Let go of negative, and was more peaceful and happy

6. Attention and Gratitude for Family, friends and the abundance

7. Think I'll do it again next week.
