My Story

 

I started cooking for myself and my family over 20 years ago and enjoyed the benefits of a healthy, organic food plan. 

I studied with award winning chef Christina Pirello at Drexel University. I also went to the Natural Kitchen Cooking School in New Jersey. I have trained at the Kushi Institute and worked there for many years, as well as other wellness centers around the country. 

The reason I do this is because I am committed to sharing and teaching people how easy and wonderful it is to discover the benefits of eating and cooking well.
